About NewPath Mutual. NewPath Mutual Insurance Company is a Utah-licensed group captive insurance company. Employer group health plans are ERISA self-funded insurance plans managed by Redirect Health. Redirect Health Administrator is the Plan TPA. Plan Compliance. EverydayCARE® Hospital and Hospital PLUS plans satisfy ACA Penalty A (Minimum Essential Coverage) and Penalty B (Minimum Value Plan). EverydayCARE® Routine Care satisfies Penalty A (MEC) only. Plan pricing shown on this site is effective 10/1/2025 and includes 6% broker commission. Rates are subject to change. Special enrollment requirements apply to qualify for specific deductible waivers and base rates for Hospital plans.

Risk Partners. For employer groups of 2–49 eligible employees, the captive risk pool is managed by NewPath Mutual Insurance Company. For employer groups of 50+ eligible employees, the risk pool is managed by Statesman Insurance, a Delaware-licensed Special Purpose Captive insurance company. Stop-loss and reinsurance provided through carrier partnerships. Maximum allowable charge is 140% of Medicare allowable or as negotiated by Redirect Health, not to exceed Usual, Customary, and Reasonable (UCR).

Network. Multiplan® PHCS Practitioner Only Network. Any doctor who accepts the Redirect Health UCR Agreement can be added to the network. Individual medical questionnaires are required for groups with fewer than 20 eligible employees. Pre-authorization is required for all non-emergency specialist, imaging, and hospital care.
